In the living room we find a sofa bed for 2 additional people, 43" LED TV with Italian and foreign satellite channels. You can make free use of the wifi internet service and a laptop corner available to guests.
There are two bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin with 2 single beds, which can be joined together if necessary. All rooms are equipped with top quality bed linen, additional blankets, double pillows, and have a large wardrobe.
The house has 2 bathrooms: one serving the bedrooms and one with an extra-large shower. Bathroom linens, towels, bathrobes, hairdryers and a courtesy set are available to guests, as well as beach towels for a dip in the lake!
At the back, a small laundry room equipped with washing machine, iron with ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
The house is equipped with a heating and air conditioning system in every room.
The garden is the flagship of the apartment: reserved for our guests so that they can enjoy the lake view all day and during the long summer evenings.
In the garden there is also a Weber barbecue equipped with charcoal, for your outdoor barbecues.
In the garden you will find 4 comfortable armchairs, and a table to be able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors just like a true islander! A double hammock with wooden stand is the ideal place to read and relax. There are also sun loungers for tanning in the open air.

Peschiera Maraglio is a small characteristic town of only 250 inhabitants, with its narrow alleys worth visiting to discover characteristic views and discover the life of those who live there.
It is possible to find a bakery open early in the morning to buy fresh bread/brioche/ focaccias and a small grocery shop for the purchase of essential goods, as well as 3 bars for breakfast and 5 restaurants for a lunch based on local fish or pizza.
The ferry to Monte Isola departing from port N.1 of Sulzano (BS) runs every 20 minutes until midnight and then every 40 minutes. Nearby you can buy the ticket at the ticket office when it is open, or on board the vehicle. The journey takes about 5 minutes and arrives at the port of Peschiera Maraglio Porto N.1.
From there, turning left and passing the town of Peschiera Maraglio, about 600 m away. from the pier, about 10 minutes on foot, you arrive at My Home in Monte Isola, located on the right of the road, with a garden facing the lake.
